Redmi Note 8 is coming soon.

Xiaomi’s sub-brand has just confirmed that the Redmi Note 8 will use the 665 Snapdragon chip. That’s the mid-range configuration, but the highlight on Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphone is the camera system with 4 lenses on the back - Very rare thing on this line.

The mobile camera sensor has become almost so affordable that even this Redmi Note 8 can come with four cameras, and one of them is a 64 MP sensor. The remaining three cameras are not named, but include a wide-angle camera, depth camera and camera with super macro lens. That indicates that mobile photography is no longer just a digital game that handles images as important as camera hardware.

Powerful 4 camera system with 64 sensors?

Redmi Note 8 Pro will provide more power than the performance that Redmi Note 8 owns because it is the first phone to run MediaTek’s new Helio G90T chip - which is designed specifically for gaming. The smartphone is provided with TÜV Rheinland liquid and liquid cooling system for high-performance network connectivity.

Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with a dedicated game chip.

Samsung and Huawei phones will always have powerful features and specifications, at least for the time being, beyond Redmi’s reach. But when those phones are nearly twice as high as Redmi’s proposal, those features may become less attractive, especially when alternatives can work well.
