The Moon is one of the strangest objects in our solar system. Robin Brett, a NASA scientist once said:  "It seems that explaining the Moon does not exist is easier than explaining its existence."

However, two Russian scientists have proposed a theory that the Moon is not a natural satellite of the Earth, but a satellite created many years ago, by an advanced civilization that has level beyond that of modern humans.

Shcherbakov and Vasin proposed that giant machines were used to break down the rock and create voids in the Moon’s interior.

According to this theory, the Moon is a hollow structure surrounded by layers of metal and rock and a giant spacecraft could have carried it into orbit of our planet.

Some argue that this hypothesis is not reasonable. However, the two scientists have found some scientific data to support their hypothesis.

According to Vasin and Shcerbakov, some of the rocks taken from the Moon contain processed metals such as Brass, Uranium 236 and Neptunium 237. And these are elements not found in nature. However, somehow these elements appeared on the Moon.

For example, Uranium 236 is radioactive nuclear waste found in used and recycled Uranium. More interestingly, Neptunium 237 is also a radioactive metallic element, but it is only a byproduct from nuclear reactors and Plutonium production.

Farouk El Baz also said, “ There are many caves believed to be unexplored beneath the Moon. A number of surveys have been carried out here to find out the truth about the caves”, but the results of those surveys have never been published.

Edgar Mitchell, Apollo 14 astronaut who faced doubts about the Hollow Moon theory admitted that most of the Moon’s mass is located on the surface and that there are giant caves that exist in the Moon’s interior.

Sean C. Solomon of MIT also added on this mystery: "New experiments on the orbit of the Moon have improved our understanding of this moon and revealed an unexpected possibility. that the Moon could be a hollow sphere."

More specifically, if we rely on the theory of Vasin and Shcherbakov, we can explain why the age of the Moon is much older than that of the Earth and even the solar system. Earth is estimated to be 4.6 billion years old, but the rocks on the Moon are already 5.3 billion years old, and the dust that follows is at least 1 billion years older than that.

At the same time, this theory also explains why the Moon has 3 completely separate layers and the heaviest matter lies on the outside. That’s only possible because the Moon itself is a hollow satellite.

Moreover, the above theory also explains why there is no sign of water on the surface of the Moon, but we find evidence that there is a large amount of water deep below this moon.

Besides, the mysterious Maria on the Moon is also said to be the place where machines are used to drill deep into the Moon’s heart and turn it into a hollow planet.

This means that our Moon was originally just an ordinary planet, it has been artificially transformed to become a spaceship.

Isaac Asimov, an American writer and professor of biochemistry at Boston University, is known for his works on popular science fiction and fiction. Asimov was also fascinated with the mysteries surrounding the Moon.

He believes that the Moon was deliberately put into Earth’s orbit by "someone": "It is simply too big to be sucked in by Earth’s gravity. The possibility that it was captured by the Earth and rotated in a uniform circular orbit around the Earth is an unbelievable fact."

And Asimov was right, when surveying the Moon’s orbit, this is not only an almost perfect circle, but the Moon also has one side that always faces the Earth, with negligible changes. As far as is known, this is the only natural satellite to possess such an odd orbit.
